Ordered 2 meals delivery to secret harbour, one main was missing, tried calling multiple times with no pick up, so I drove to warnbro to get my partners meal, and they made the meal with a chips in it. I asked what the policy on this was, and he said “we would usually give you a refund if you called, but because you came back we can make it for you, and there’s a chips in there.” What’s the point of delivery?! I’m not one to complain but this isn’t the first time it’s happened there. Pay attention to your orders, especially if it’s delivery. I’ll be choosing more reliable options for delivery from now on.

walked in on a quiet Wednesday night, not many people dining in and no one in queue.. five staff members completely ignored me for 15mins as I waited to order as if I was invisible. I eventually walked out, but without many other takeaway options I gave them the benefit of my doubt and returned 30mins later, this time was served. Placed my order, then told it was eftpos only. I only had cash on me, so was a complete waste of about an hour of my time.

I have eaten at Nando's around the world and unfortunately this branch leaves a lot to be desired. We were served undercooked Lukewarm Chicken and over salted fries, we all left afterwards worried we may all get food poisoning from eating pink chicken.

Enjoyed the Boneless Korean Fried Chicken 6 flavours! Must try! and Bulgogi Beef and Spicy Pork. Book ahead as this place is popular. Has a full bar and great ambience. Cool spot to hang out. Food a little on the pricier side but service good and quality food.

I ordered on menulog, it was almost a $100 order so kind of expected it to be a priority. The order was estimated to arrive at 7:50-8:10 and is now only being delivered now at 8:42!!? we tried calling nandos jindalee and what a surprise... no answer. not even hungry anymore :(

I wouldn't say I'm a regular customer but everytime I do go I've had a good experience. Service was great, wait time was low, store looked clean and the food looked and tasted great. Would recommend to anyone.

Very tasty chicken . Sweet potato chips were a little soggy and ordered peri peri and got normal. Lady behind counter very courteous and friendly. Overall a good feed

The (shift) manager greeted me on my side of the front desk and gladly took my order but also pointed out that I can order using my phone. She found a free table for me then took my order, asking if I am a rewards member, then wished me a pleasant meal.

Every single meal I have from here is great, orders are always correct and in great proportions. Best nandos by far.

Chicken served nowadays is way too small! Almost half the size in comparison to before. Quality and service has dropped significantly compared to previous management? Sweet potato fries were soggy and cold. Dirty tables were unattended to for ages. Staff looked unbothered and were just mucking around in the kitchen with no hairnets or masks. Not happy Jan!
